The staff were incredibly attentive and made sure all my needs were met , and the room provided a stunning view of the lake that was hard to surpass. Additionally, I appreciated the variety of breakfast options that catered to different dietary needs, making each morning a delightful experience.

The hotel can be somewhat isolated , requiring a taxi ride to access the main attractions.

Decent option for an overnight stop in Puno with good value for money. The food was tasty, but the service was slow, taking over an hour for my pizza. Make sure to confirm your table reservation for less hassle.

The only downside was that the walls were a bit thin, which affected the overall comfort of the room.

To make matters worse, the hotel's staff failed to book our bus tickets properly, forcing us to endure a long and exhausting journey.

Waking up to the stunning views of Lake Titicaca was unreal. The staff were super friendly, especially the guy who helped me find gluten-free options, which was a big relief. The food was good, but kinda pricey. Only bummer was the bathroom was a bit cramped. Loved the bar area too!

Consider checking for any available upgrades at check-in for a more spacious experience.

The views of the lake from my superior king room were amazing, especially the sunrises that painted the sky with colors I won’t forget! I indulged in the good buffet breakfast that catered beautifully to my gluten-free needs. Those quinoa crepes were the highlight! The staff's attentiveness, always going the extra mile to ensure I had a fantastic experience.
